We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days from our distributor, Exaco, in Pflugerville, Texas. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

The 3-4 business day timeframe applies to in-stock items. If an item is going to take longer to ship,we will contact you with an estimated shipping timeframe.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery, even if the packaging appears damaged. Do not refuse delivery. If you notice damage to the outer packaging, note it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) before signing, and contact Exaco right away.

Every box they ship includes a label with their support number so you can reach them quickly if anything arrives damaged.

Damaged or Missing Parts

Small parts and accessories (shipped via UPS or FedEx): Call Exaco at (512) 407-8500 and they'll send a replacement part immediately.

Greenhouses and large freight items: Call Exaco at (512) 407-8500. You may be asked to email photos of the damage. Based on their assessment, they will either ship replacement parts right away or walk you through a simple fix. For cosmetic damage, they may offer direct compensation instead of a replacement; parts with structural damage are always replaced.

Filing a freight damage claim with the carrier, when required, is the customer's responsibility.

Permits and Local Regulations

Our greenhouses are generally considered non-permanent structures and typically do not require a building permit, provided they are not installed on a permanent concrete foundation. We're unable to provide engineered drawings, as manufacturing standards differ by product line. It's your responsibility to confirm any permit requirements with your local building authority before installation. If a greenhouse must be returned due to a permit issue, return shipping costs (and any applicable restocking fee) are the customer's responsibility.
