Welcome to Riga Greenhouses, operated by Backyard Living Source, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of our products. By visiting our site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make a purchase.
1. Our Products and Orders
We strive to display our products and pricing accurately. However, colors and appearances may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings. All descriptions, prices, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order only when we send you an order confirmation email. All purchases are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated. We offer free shipping on all orders, as described in our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before or after an order is placed. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Riga greenhouses and accessories ship from our distributor, Exaco Trading Co., in Pflugerville, Texas, and are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days for in-stock items. If an item requires additional lead time, we will contact you with an estimated shipping timeframe. Please see our full Shipping Policy for details on delivery expectations, inspecting your shipment, permit considerations, and instructions for damaged or missing parts.
4. Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible at +1 (877) 628-9571 if you need to cancel an order. Because orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, cancellation requests received after processing has begun may not be possible. For full details, see our Returns and Refund Policy.
5. Returns and Refunds
For greenhouse returns, you are responsible for outbound freight, return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are issued once the item is received back at our distributor, Exaco, in resellable condition; the cost of any parts damaged in transit will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.
For accessories and smaller items, contact Exaco at (512) 407-8500 before returning anything. Credit is issued only for items received in resellable, original condition, less outbound shipping charges.
Important: Do not refuse delivery for packaging damage, and do not return a damaged or defective item before contacting Exaco at (512) 407-8500 - in many cases a replacement part can resolve the issue without a full return. Note any shipping damage on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) before signing.

6. Limited Warranty
Riga greenhouses are manufactured in Germany by Hoklartherm and distributed in North America by Exaco Trading Co. As an authorized dealer, we pass through the full manufacturer/distributor limited warranty. For the original purchaser, this covers the aluminum frame and stainless steel hardware, and triple-wall polycarbonate glazing, for up to 15 years; twin-wall polycarbonate glazing for up to 10 years (prorated beginning 5 years from purchase); and defects in material and workmanship for up to 10 years - provided the greenhouse is properly assembled using original equipment parts per the manufacturer's instructions.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover operating parts, breakable accessories, commercial use, improper assembly or maintenance, or damage from extreme weather or over-accumulation of snow, among other exclusions. Labor and shipping costs are not covered. A dated proof of purchase is required for any claim.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and site design - is owned by Backyard Living Source, Inc. or our licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. "Riga" and related product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties except those expressly passed through under the manufacturer's Limited Warranty described above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website. The user assumes all risk of injury or damage related to product use and installation.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Backyard Living Source, Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
