Damaged or defective items should be reported first, as many can be resolved with a replacement part instead of a full return.

Riga greenhouses carry a limited warranty on proper assembly with original parts: up to 15 years on the frame, hardware, and triple-wall polycarbonate, and up to 10 years on twin-wall polycarbonate (prorated after year 5) and workmanship defects. It excludes wear parts, misuse, commercial use, and extreme-weather/snow damage; it's non-transferable, needs proof of purchase, and claims go through Exaco.
